Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with patience and professionalism.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor throughout the shift.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure store operations run efficiently during peak hours.
- Operate store equipment, including scanners and registers, with high proficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Dependable and punctual work ethic.
