Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex issues and customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective, lasting solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, account changes, and transactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to escalate issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide product training and guidance to new team members and assist in the development of standard operating procedures.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently during evening shifts.
