Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues using our CRM system while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case histories
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
