Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and via phone during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain clean shopping areas
- Assist with inventory management and product replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in evening closing procedures including securing the premises
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students encouraged to apply)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
