Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to provide accurate product information and exceptional service.
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems and handle payments with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Cross-train on various departments to support team operations during peak evening hours.
- Manage inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
