Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Establish proprietary early-warning systems for technological and societal disruptions
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to the board of directors and key stakeholders
- Oversee the innovation incubator program, nurturing breakthrough concepts from concept to prototype
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Author the annual 'Future Horizons' whitepaper distributed to industry leaders worldwide
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotechnology implications, and sustainable development trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles or books on future trends
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies including Delphi analysis and horizon scanning
- Global network of 200+ industry futurists and innovation experts
