- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments securely
- Maintain organized checkout stations and store appearance
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of cashier or customer service experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, POS)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
