Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service through greeting, assistance, and problem-solving
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, and balance daily receipts
- Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and organize checkout areas
- Scan merchandise, verify pricing, and process returns/exchanges
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
