Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments securely
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge
- Bag items efficiently and maintain checkout area cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills and cash reconciliation experience
