Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly, efficient checkout service while maintaining line flow
- Handle cash, card payments, and returns according to company policies
- Assist with stocking shelves, cleaning, and store maintenance
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors
- Balance cash drawers at shift end and report discrepancies
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
