Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service with a welcoming demeanor
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining cash drawer accuracy
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate scanners, scales, and other retail equipment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
