Responsibilities
- Process customer payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Bag groceries and assist customers with carryout services
- Monitor checkout area for cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities
- Adhere to all food safety and company compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
