Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payments efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly customer assistance with product inquiries and checkout procedures
- Bag purchases accurately and offer carryout assistance as needed
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and surrounding zones
- Assist with restocking shelves and basic inventory tasks
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all cash handling and security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
