Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining strict accuracy and balancing the register.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
