- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Restock shelves and organize the checkout area as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not always required.
- Strong basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
