Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict accuracy and responsibility.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to maintain an inviting shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
