Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using our provided POS systems
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and other provided retail equipment
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Handle returns/exchanges following company policy
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support inventory management using provided handheld scanners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash (equipment provided)
- Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn provided POS systems quickly
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- No prior equipment ownership required
