Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using provided POS equipment
- Assist customers with product inquiries and promotions
- Operate scanner and scale equipment for item pricing
- Maintain organized checkout area and clean surroundings
- Handle returns and exchanges per company policy
- Balance cash drawer at shift end with provided reconciliation tools
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and cash handling comfort
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte location
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check
