Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using company-provided POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized checkout area
- Operate scanning equipment and bagging stations supplied by the employer
- Assist with inventory management and restocking using provided tools
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed
- Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation with provided counting equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Ability to operate provided technology with minimal training
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso location
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
