- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using company-provided POS equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized checkout station
- Operate scanners, bagging systems, and other retail hardware provided by employer
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and policies
- Balance daily transactions and report discrepancies to management
- Assist with inventory management and stocking duties as assigned
