- Assist with merchandise returns, exchanges, and price verifications
- Maintain clean and organized checkout area with provided cleaning supplies
- Upsell products and promotional offers to enhance customer experience
- Resolve basic customer inquiries using provided reference materials
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to operate electronic POS systems (training provided)
- Strong customer service orientation with approachable demeanor
