- Operate company-provided POS systems and cash registers accurately
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments using provided equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with company-issued communication devices
- Scan and bag items using provided scanners and packaging materials
- Maintain organized checkout area with provided shelving and signage
- Assist with inventory using provided handheld scanners
- Resolve customer inquiries using company-provided reference materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Buffalo location
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
