Responsibilities
- Operate advanced POS systems for seamless cash, credit, and mobile transactions
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and issue resolution
- Manage cash drawer operations with precision and daily reconciliation
- Process returns/exchanges and maintain organized checkout areas
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising as needed
- Train on new equipment and retail technologies
- Uphold store security protocols and loss prevention standards
