Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and mobile payments using provided POS equipment
- Assist customers with product inquiries and locate items efficiently
- Maintain organized checkout area and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Operate scanners, scales, and other provided retail technology accurately
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policy with provided tools
- Support inventory management using provided handheld scanners
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout checkout station
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided anti-fatigue mats
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our fully-equipped location
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
