Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Manage cash drawer with daily reconciliation and reporting
- Assist with stocking, inventory checks, and store maintenance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Operate scanning equipment and maintain organized checkout stations
- Adhere to all security protocols and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
