Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining strict accuracy and accountability.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocking duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable with a history of punctual attendance.
