As a Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with their needs throughout their visit.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor the cash drawer balance at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Strong math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
