Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly greetings and problem resolution
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment methods securely
- Maintain organized checkout areas and assist with stocking merchandise
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies to management
- Support store operations by bagging items and answering customer inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
