Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service, including product recommendations and issue resolution
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure cleanliness of workstations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Operate price scanners and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Contribute to team goals by driving sales through upselling techniques
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and cash handling accuracy
