Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during checkout
- Scan merchandise, bag items, and maintain organized checkout stations
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policy with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and store stocking as needed
- Resolve minor customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily sales reports

Qualifications
