Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate scanning equipment and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Monitor checkout area for cleanliness and organized merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management promptly
- Adhere to all security protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Valid Michigan driver's license may be required for errands
