Responsibilities
- Represent StudentFirst at campus events, fairs, and student orientations
- Develop and execute creative campus marketing campaigns
- Connect with 50+ students weekly about part-time opportunities
- Create engaging social media content for campus audiences
- Organize peer-to-peer networking sessions
- Collect and share student feedback for program improvements
- Collaborate with regional team on quarterly goals
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at accredited California institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media marketing preferred
- Availability for 15-20 hours weekly during academic terms
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid student ID and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
