Responsibilities
- Master espresso preparation and brewing techniques through hands-on training
- Create visually stunning latte art and specialty coffee beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, authentic New Orleans hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – paid training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
