Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment efficiently
- Process payments accurately and manage cash register duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Upsell products and promote new menu offerings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Positive attitude and passion for coffee and customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- No prior barista experience required (training provided)
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred (training available)
