Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee skills and service standards
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for coffee and customer service (no prior experience required)
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be 18+ and able to work weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's preferred (training provided if needed)
