Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of coffee stations
- Provide exceptional customer service and build guest relationships
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and reorder as needed
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in weekly staff training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or food service experience
- Proficiency in espresso preparation techniques
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's certification preferred
