Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages per recipe standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and restock operations
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to food safety and health code regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and origins
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Food Handler Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Experience with POS systems (Square, Toast, etc.)
