Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, tea, and food items according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service at the counter.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including sanitizing all equipment and surfaces.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently during peak hours.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and maintain a tidy register area.
- Assist in inventory management and restock supplies as needed.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, restrooms, and outdoor seating areas.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older.
