Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso beverages, pastries, and food items according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at the counter and in the back-of-house areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process customer orders and payments.
- Engage with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Reliable transportation to and from the location.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
