Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of all equipment
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and upsell products
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming cafe atmosphere
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
