Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) following exacting standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during high-volume periods
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and quality control of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional coffee preparation experience required
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bean varieties
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments
- Must be available for early morning shifts and weekend availability
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
