Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and teas, following strict quality standards.
- Manage and process incoming remote orders, curbside pickups, and delivery requests with precision and speed.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations based on taste preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions securely.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and performing daily cleaning tasks.
- Engage with customers both in-person and via digital channels to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in person and virtually.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote order processing tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
