- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques

- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations and customer areas
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for inventory and scheduling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new brewing methods and product launches
- Support community events with flexible on-site and remote coordination duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Proven ability to thrive in hybrid work environments
- Exceptional communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Basic proficiency with digital scheduling and inventory management tools
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours with remote availability
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
