Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently
- Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately
- Collaborate remotely on inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in virtual training sessions and recipe development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art techniques
- Strong communication skills with ability to thrive in hybrid settings
- Basic familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
