Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and blended specialties.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional, friendly service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with responsibility.
- Follow strict recipes and quality standards to ensure every cup meets our premium expectations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment daily according to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods (typically 4-6 hours).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders.
- Passion for food and beverage service.
