Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Maintain clean workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for smooth operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – training provided!
