Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos) to perfection
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Maintain clean and organized workstation, espresso bar, and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for smooth operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required - we train from the ground up!
