Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of all coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Upsell menu items and promote coffee loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
