Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to standard recipes.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management.
- Upsell products and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience is required; we provide full training.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
