Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brew.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, counter, and dining area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliability and a commitment to punctuality.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and dairy handling is a plus.
